When it was announced that Jimin will do a kdrama ost, his stans became disappointed that hybe gave him a webtoon ost instead of a proper one. I don't why they haven't thought that maybe he didn't want to do one and chose to work with Suga instead. Also the year is not over yet. I know everyone wants him to release music but when he does they better support him. I dont want them to complain when they do the bare minimum. His not freakin stupid. If they actually watch his interview, he's ambitious and he has plans. They should trust the guy to do his job.

THAT being said, hybe did use his first solo release for their own webtoon & thus limiting what he could achieve, so i get his stans being upset. I was afraid they would do the same with jimin & his first solo being used for some ost of an hybe drama, but luckily i was wrong..
Hopefully jk gets his moment to shine again, without it being linked to some hybe content this time.

I get that his stans are upset because other solo stans are fighting with them saying that JK can't get work outside HYBE which I found impossible. He's freakin BTS. People would want to work with them. Solo stans are freakin tirin.

A song he wrote was so good it was accepted and promoted from a random bside (on a mixtape that probably wouldn’t be promoted) to an ost for a full blown movie sung by the biggest artists in the world. Do they not realize how impressive that is. Why do they have to get caught up in these petty fights?
The members are getting so many solo opportunities now that they’ll probably be eating their words by the end of the year.

Fr, who knows he might surprise us. He's just starting. He also said he's been working on his music during their recent vlive. Expect more from him this year. I'm going to trust the process. When he gave us Still With You, there's no doubt in my mind how talented he is and he's going to achieve many things as Jeon Jungkook in the future.

They also want kdrama ost because if we're being honest, it has better gp reach compared to a webtoon ost and a good opportunity to boost an idol's individual career.
There is also the narrative of him being privilege, that's why stans are projecting these kind of insecurities.

True it was treated like a legit comeback by armys and company. I don't know why they want a kdrama ost it's a do or die. 1 out of 10 osts of kdrama do good on charts.
