The music
U think it's good? I don't get the hype.
Their debut era tracks were catchy I liked them. But bang bang bang and fantastic baby were lame.

The fact that you talked about Daesung car incident is enough to makes me understand how much of an anti you are.
How can you talk about the death of a man (that's for sure not Daesung's fault as the police said at the time) just to make a point that doesn't have anything to do with why bigbang is famous in sk.
Tbh this is disgusting and I wonder why a mod approved this thread when you talked about that.
And anywyas, bigbang are famous for their great music, great stage presence, the fact that the members are trendsetters, the first idols to write their songs which are masterpieces.

think bc they were "different" than other acts in their time, men could comfortably support them
& in a misogynistic society, everything a man can enjoy, is accepted more (even if it's more toxic/violent/..)
if a gg or bg with mostly female fans tried half of the shit bb did, they would have been treated like the biggest monster in the society, with no way back.
mind goes back to that one female influencer that got treated worse for wearing fake designer than bb having drug/sex/murder scandals

This comment makes sense because they were marketed as artists not flowerboy group. So maybe gp liked them.

The way u talked about daesung it's as if he intentionally murders someone and is a murderer when it's a car accident and we don't even know if the cause of the victim's death is because of daesung and seungri is no longer part of the group stop associating him with them.Just because u're a new to kpop and don't like them doesn't mean other people don't.

So if someone says something stupid it's ok for you to say it again just because you weren't the first one to say it ?!
Wtf is wrong with you
Have a bit of respect for the dead next time you think about writing about one

Korea has taste
-
good and quality music.

Seungri left the group - so why punish the others.
Daesung was involved in a car accident but the man sadly had already been involved in a hit and run and was left lying in the road, he didn't see him. It was an accident.
And as far as smoking weed goes, I've no idea what Koreans think about that. It's weird to me though when international fans act like it's a scandal. Literally someone with a Rihanna pfp (she's smoked weed in her photoshoots) was calling them out for it on twitter yesterday...
Ultimately Korea loves them because their music slaps. Bit of a tough one for 4th gen fans to understand.
