PUTIN/XI *TYRANT DEAD DAY* = USA NATIONAL HOLIDAY (Proposed)

A USA *National Law* is passed as follows -->

IF/WHEN that PUTIN (Russia) or XI (PRChina) *DIE* ...

Then the upcoming FRIDAY = *USA NATIONAL HOLIDAY*

And Titled --> *PUTIN TYRANT SCUM is DEAD DAY*

Or Titled --> *XI TYRANT SCUM is DEAD DAY*

So , this HOLIDAY would *only* happen *two* times in history.

Upon the Death Week Dates of PUTIN and XI ; (so *not* recurring).

It would be the *Reverse* of a 'Day of Mourning' , if you will.

Hopefully (my view) , *Both* of them DIE SOON ...

From *COVID-19* = *Slowly* and in AGONY ...

And *video recorded* for YOUTUBE streaming viewing purposes.

Maybe it could be a GLOBAL HOLIDAY , as -->

*GLAD the TYRANT is DEAD DAY*

Also , the USA Law could include that *neither* of them

(PUTIN , XI) are *ever* allowed to set foot on the soil

of the USA ... *INCLUDING* the UNITED NATIONS Building.

*FRANCE* can *have* the UNITED NATIONS (Organization).

Just pack them ALL UP (U.N. nations) and MOVE them to PARIS.

I would *strongly* consider to *add* KIM JONG UN (TYRANT = N.KOREA) to the list

of those included for *TYRANT DEAD DAY* celebration = *one time only* event (not recurring).

KIM JONG UN is a *dangerous* TYRANT (Nuclear Weapons) , who in my view , should begin to have
