Why did enhypen knock ateez out of the top3 of 4th gen boygroups?

ateez was in top 3 only because every other 4th gen bg was doing poorly so them getting surpassed with enhypen's debut wasn't a shock

ateez aren't 4th generation

Being a hybe group alone is enough

I remember the days when people only mentioned stray kids and ateez as front runners all the while pretending txt didn’t exist and weren’t competition. Enhypen wasn’t even seen as a threat at the time. Oh how things change…

I personally like enhypen better than ateez regardless

The bar was on the floor and still kinda is outside of the top 3 4th gen bgs. Ateez do ok but they are just irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

Ateez did better than anyone expected coming from a small agency. It’s hard to compete against larger agencies. Partly because kpop fans basically decide that you won’t be as big and won’t pay as much attention to you

They are older by almost 4 yrs. It’s going to be embarrassing if they are better right? But Enhypen i guess is more charismatic— reason why they pulled a lot of non kpop fans/multi stan fans to like them
