but like I needed the real thing! I was going to create a relay rumble computer (basically a simple computer that has the clackity clack of relay computers) but nooo they just had to send a quiet version... smh

No. My friend was however. She met a person on fb and strayed chatting, saw his pics and thought he was handsome. She went on a date an that’s when reality hit.

She showed us the fb pics of him and his irl ones when we met up. In fb he looked a decently handsome dude with short hair, clean shaven, strong jaw and muscular body. Looked like he was late 20s to mid 30s. Basically she really liked him already.

Irl he was overweight, scruffy and un washed hair and beard. For the date he wore a t shirt, jogging bottoms and unclean trainers. He was basically a dude who looked like he was out to the shops to buy snacks, not to meet up a date. Supposedly during conversation he was constantly talking about himself, and even got her name wrong a couple times lmao. The funny was you know the meme of fat people ordering the unhealthy stuff and getting a diet drink to keep it “healthy”? That’s exactly what he did lol.

She never met him again. Blocked him on FB as well.

She met him on insta and was told all sorts of lies by him, how he was a rich Shanghai Chinese business man trapped in Germany because of a covid and that he would visit her after covid, blahblahblah. She even invested and lost a significant amount of money in bitcoin because of him . Well, hard lesson learned. She's cursing him to this day.

I did warn her but she just refused to listen.🤷‍♀️
