Yes, he gave almost all of the “good“ songs to AOA and neglected Brave girls. I guess, it is also related to their small budget back then but he should have done it like BEP and should have taken his personal fame (he was very known) back then.

Kinda but also not really? Note that whatever below is before 2017, before Rollin was released officially.
AOA was hugely popular during the 2014 - 2016 period. This was when the sexy concept was huge. Sistar kinda was the ones that started it and many groups also followed with the sexy concept. Groups like Girls Day/Secret/AOA/EXID, and even less popular ones like Dal Shabet/Fiestar/Rania and of course Brave Girls.
AOA got their breakout hit with Miniskirt and he ended up giving a lot of songs to AOA which spawned hits like Short Hair/Like A Cat.
It's not that Brave Girls songs were not good, but because he had other focuses Brave Girls ended up being neglected. If you realised during the 2014 - 2015 period Brave Girls didnt had any songs. Brave Girls songs are amazing and people are only starting to realise now, solely because of the mismanagement of the group back then.
I wouldn't say that AOA's popularity hindered Brave Girls, because it was also a whole lot of mismanagement that failedo Brave Girls. I'm so happy that a random Youtuber was able to give Brave Girls more promotion that Brave Ent ever did for the past 10 years because without that Youtuber Brave Girls would have disbanded

Thing is I wouldn't put the entire blame on Brave Brothers because I don't suppose he is the one directly managing them also. But maybe because of other priorities Brave Girls got neglected.
This may be more of a sentence understanding thing. Yes Brave Brother's focus on AOA hindered Brave Girls popularity, it isn't exactly AOA's popularity that hindered Brave Girls. That is, even if AOA wasn't popular, it also doesn't necessarily mean because of that Brave Brothers would focus on Brave Girls more and that Brave Girls will become popular.
