"ordinary men"
Singles Inferno might be more lowkey but it's still a dating reality show. Is Love Island or Too Hot Too Handle a good representation of ordinary people? Lol no
But yes, Korea is not exactly the picture of equality and many/most are most likely sexist.
For colorism it depends on where you draw the line. Finding pale skin attractive is not necessarily a big deal, same way sun kissed skin is considered attractive in the west. Suppose it depends on how extreme the mens' opinions are.

I feel like the colorism thing is a bit overblown. I don't remember the exact videos, but there are videos in which Korean men are asked about their preferences in appearance. Many of them attributed tan skin to being healthy, preferring it.
Remember that K-pop doesn't reflect the entire population of South Korea. Korean men and women still have their own preferences, and many of them like darker skin. It's quite popular among the bodybuilding, fitness crowd, for instance. Single's Inferno demonstrated that the tan participants, both men and women, are considered attractive.
Another example: Loco had a crush on Hwasa and she has darker skin.
As far as sexism goes, South Korean society isn't as updated with gender equality as, say, the United States. It's catching up slowly, but it's far from achieving it. There's still a growing feminist movement, so that's good sign. Joy from Red Velvet has shown over time she's all about this, and I hope more female Korean celebrities start to speak about it even if subtly.
