And now SM just took that song made it worse and renamed it Step back, they also gave it to a bunch of their best female idols to see if people bought that.

Their music was fine. EXO-Ls are still the only ones with a problem with it. They didn't support it when it happened and now want to rewrite what happened and claim they did.

No. It was a terrible idea and a waste and exhaustion of the talent involved. Their songs sound like the rejected songs from other SM bands that they had lying around and made the group just to use them.

The NCT members were way too overworked because they had their own group and subunits that they were involved in on top of this.

The EXO members could have had one final EXO comeback before the enlistment period started. I would almost guarantee that if they had waited until enlistments started EXOL would have been way more receptive of it.

SHINee was on hiatus so Taemin was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It truly amazed me how a company can have so much talent at their disposal and then go ahead and completly squander it by not giving the members anything to work with. They didn't even have a decent concept for Christ's sake (Avengers of kpop, fml).
