I forgot to add my own bias to this, I'M A FLOP! But Jeonghan wasn't dressed as a woman here, he was Harley for Halloween, but a male version! He always fought to stop the disrespect against long haired men and said that long hair doesn't mean that they're not manly or that they're not men (though he once said it didn't matter even if they were not manly as long as they were happy). But he considers himself to be very manly and iirc, the rest of Seventeen named him as the 'manliest member'.

Still, he's too pretty.
