On the topic of contracts renews, will TWICE renew their contracts?

just curious to see what yall's opinion on it

i personally think they're one of the closest groups and by what they've been saying they like to promote as a group rather than solo, but in the end, they're managed by jype and we all know the history of that company lol

I don't think so. Not all nine at least.

JYP can't keep their groups.

I think Jeongyeon is done. Maybe Mina.

I think at least one of them wants to do/go solo. Chaeyoung, Nayeon, Dahyun are my guesses.

That leaves Jihyo, Momo, Sana, Tzuyu. Can't really see them as a four member group. Maybe go full mature - Miss A style. That would probably be a new lease on life and those four would rock a mature concept.

JYPE has a horrible track record in this department, so I don't think it's likely they will all stay

I wouldn’t buy anything the girls say. They also said they loved having comebacks all the time but ended up crying because of how overworked they were. Twice said they didn’t want solo activities but it might not be true for all of them. They know they’re not getting any anyways.

That’s another SEVEN years of overworking your idols, comeback after comeback… The girls are loaded and don’t need another seven years to gain money. So no, not all members are gonna renew. I know Nayeon is going to renew while Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung look done with idol life. Tzuyu might not renew either.

Jeongyeon looks like a hard no, she's got one foot out of the door. I'm not sure Mina or Tzuyu would either. And who knows about Chaeyoung. She's probably still with her man going by the ongoing artwork, maybe she wants to drop the cute thing and go full alternative.

To resign with JYP or another agency - Nayeon, Dahyun, Jihyo. They'd make a cute trio.

And I don't know if Momo and Sana would stick around for more "you're one of the good ones, we just pretend you're Korean!" tokenism, or if they've had enough and want to head home.

I think all the content and shows lately are just to cash in their remaining chips. Once's who think they're being overworked again are off the mark. This is deliberate to rake in as much money as possible before the announcement.

I agree on the renewing ones

They could re debut as an unit but I hope they set boundaries with JYP if they do and ask for less constant comebacks
