Groups from small companies can still hit big, but chances of them reaching the levels of success like Big 3+ Hybe is lower. And with how many groups companies like Hybe are pushing out now (Hybe will be putting out 6 groups in total from 2019 to end of 2022) it means the market is even more saturated and harder for smaller companies. How can we make sure more small groups can pull off something like Bts did and take away power from the big companies, so the competition can be fairer? Break off the big companies? Forcing them to make fewer groups? Have the government spend money to subsidize the smaller groups?
How can Kpop be less monopolized?

Just like BTS and Bighit managed to rise from being a near bankrupt label with unknown idol into the biggest band in the world, I’m sure there is a way. One of the ways BTS did that was by using social media to the fullest, because they had very little media time due to the monopoly of big labels. (Of course there are other reasons but let’s not get into that)
So I’m sure some small company can rise and be more noticeable.. but how is depending on the creativity of the label. Inspiration will come out of desperation.
