Can I open a "bank"

I ask this question in a separate thread because I may have a lot more follow up questions...

So am I able to open up an Akorn 'bank' here on AKP nothing to do with real money...purely Akorns...

My initial plan would be purely lending but eventually may turn around and collect deposits...

Now if I do start a bank (I highly doubt the followig is possible) but would I have the backing of the staff to enforce this ?

I'm thinking more manual controlled ie. I transfer you x Akorns and you promise to transfer back to me x + y akorns within a certain date...it's the enforcement part I really want to know whether the staff will assist with enforcement... (it's a long shot but I gotta ask)

but betting requires odds and actuaries to calculate such odds...a bit beyond me... but it certainly is an interesting idea

oh i completely agree with where you are going the question i guess is does lying and failure to keep a promise to s fellow forum member count as breaking a rule?

havent really thought that much about the enforcement side of things yet... thats why i said i may have questions later... lol
