Is boyfriend one of the most forgotten 2nd gen bgs?

    Dang, OP posts an appreciation post, and it takes 5 seconds for people to rush in and talk crap about the group.


    Boyfriend had a lot of bops, and despite what people are saying, they were relatively well appreciated at the time. They weren't top tier -- in the same way that Sistar was never mentioned in the SNSD vs 2NE1 battle -- but people knew who they were and generally had enough knowledge to have a favorite song or two. Just because akp forums only seem capable of remembering that five groups exist at any given time doesn't make every other group irrelevant or flops or nugus.

    It was a pretty good teaser for that time, I can understand why you lost interest after their debut because the difference is like night and day. What a pity, SSE didnt knew what they were doing with them from the beginning.

    Starship have great artists but for most part of the time it's like they are lazy to market them well and give them something to stand out. For example that music video Please Don't by K.will did wonders, people still remember the song and talk about the video to this day. SSE could also give JS something like that too idk I'm sure if they actually think about there might be a lot of possibilities to explore.
