The second trial was held for YANG HYUN SUK (Age 51), a former producer of YG Entertainment, who is suspected of covering up the drug investigation of former member of group iKON, B.I, (real name Kim Han-bin, Age 25). Police Officer Mr. A, who acted as a witness, reaffirmed that HAN SEO HEE, a Public Interest Reporter (to an Anti-Crime Commission), who revealed allegations about YANG HYUN SUK's possible illegal interference activities, spoke (to him) of B.I's illegal drug charges (activities) during the first and second Police Investigations (in Year 2016). (It was also revealed that) HAN SEO HEE (then) sent a (text) message to a YG official employee, Mr. B, after the Police Investigation (was stalled), saying --> "Your brother and I have been released (by Police)." ... But he (Police Officer, Mr. A) did not know at all about the Public Interest Report (by HAN SEO HEE) of alleged collusion between the Police Investigators and YG Agency ... Police Officer, Mr. A stated -->

"I am shocked by this double standard (from HAN SEO HEE)."

The Criminal Affairs Agreement Department 23 (Presiding Judge Yoo Young-geun) at the Seoul Central District Court held a second hearing on YANG HYUN SUK's alleged violation of the Law on Aggravated Punishment of certain crimes (Threat of Retaliation). Following the first hearing on the 5th of last month (November), a witness interrogation was conducted on Police Officer, Mr. A, who first investigated HAN SEO HEE, a former singer trainee, who is now a Public Interest Reporter in the case (as of Year 2019). And (the same HAN SEO HEE) who was accused of violating the Narcotics Control Law (via marijuana usage) in Year 2016 (when Police Investigated by Police Officer, Mr. A). YANG HYUN SUK attended the Court Trial wearing a black suit.

After the first trial (event), Police Officer, Mr. A said that after reconsideration, there was a part (that he needed) to reverse the testimony (previously from him).

Police Officer, Mr. A, earlier applied for an Arrest Warrant after the second investigation into HAN SEO HEE (Year 2016, concerning illegal marijuana usage). But, the Prosecutor at the time rejected it. Regarding that testimony, HAN SEO HEE had cooperated with POLICE concerning Kim Han-bin (B.I Investigation for illegal drugs) before her (Police) release. And thus, Police conducted an investigation without detention (in consultation with the Prosecution officials) ... Police Officer, Mr. A stated --> "It was a different case to discuss the dismissal of the warrant with the Prosecution. I was confused because there were so many drug related incidents at the time," he said.

YANG HYUN SUK's Lawyer, in the subsequent witness questioning, asked --> "After her drug arrest, did HAN SEO HEE say that she supplied Kim Han-bin (B.I) with the (illegal) drug, in the first and second rounds of Police Investigation of HAN SEO HEE ??? The Court didn't mention it in the protocol."

In response, Police Officer, Mr. A said --> "At the time, I applied for an Arrest Warrant (for HAN SEO HEE). And the (HAN SEO HEE) suspect Police Report was intended to include other charges separately. That's why the first and second Police Reports did not contain the content about Kim Han-bin (B.I and his illegal drugs activities)."

"It is true that HAN SEO HEE said of Kim Han-bin (B.I) that she had supplied illegal drugs (to him). However, (HAN SEO HEE) she hesitated to step up (fully) as a drug informant about Kim Han-bin (B.I), saying instead --> 'I'm too close.' ... The Kim Han-bin (B.I) case was a separate case, and there were not many comments about Kim Han-bin (B.I) in the (HAN SEO HEE) Police Report at the time."

Police Officer, Mr. A, has stated in other Court Testimony (First Trial event), that he caught (HSH) HAN SEO HEE smoking marijuana outside her apartment (Aug. 2016). He then checked her (HSH) Cell Phone Device KAKAO-TALK information. And discovered messages that implicated B.I (and other YG Agency talent ???) in possible illegal drugs usage activity. So, Police are more interested in arresting B.I, than Age 20 'nobody' HAN SEO HEE at that time. Police are watching carefully ALL YG Agency associated talent for illegal drugs activity, as best that they can do it. So, Police Officer, Mr. A, chooses to make an offer to HAN SEO HEE, which was accepted by HSH, that she become a Police Informant for them. And that HAN SEO HEE will report to Police of any illegal drugs activity related to YG Agency contract talent (so B.I, T.O.P, etc) ... And in exchange for HAN SEO HEE doing that (becoming a Police Informant about YG Agency), she is given a *NO ARREST* release by Prosecutors concerning her illegal marijuana smoking activity event (Aug. 2016) ... That is my understanding of the HAN SEO HEE situation in Year 2016, with regard to Police Officer, Mr. A, and their situation. I believe that I have this information correctly. It explains WHY that HAN SEO HEE got released, even though that Police Officer, Mr. A, clearly had full evidence of her guilt in an illegal marijuana smoking event.

There was also testimony regarding the third Police Investigation, in which HAN SEO HEE was accompanied by her LAWYER.

(Police Officer, Mr. A, stated) --> "HAN SEO HEE's Lawyer was not normal (in behavior) at the time of the (third) Police Investigation," ... Police Officer, Mr. A said, and he added --> "Isn't the Lawyer sitting together (present) to assist the suspect (HAN SEO HEE) ??? ... However, HAN SEO HEE's Lawyer did not seem as she was protecting HAN SEO HEE, but rather seemed to protect Kim Han-bin (B.I, as her primary concern) ... The (HSH) Lawyer said that during this third Police Investigation, that HAN SEO HEE was not allowed to answer directly (questions), so there was an argument with me (about this HAN SEO HEE silence, and only the Lawyer is speaking)."

The LAWYER with HAN SEO HEE at that time, was *apparently* provided by YG Agency to HSH. Fairly certain that is the situation, although not addressed in the News Article here.

However, Police Officer, Mr. A said that he belatedly learned that HAN SEO HEE had Reported as Public Interest Information (to the Anti-Crime Commission) to the effect that the (B.I) Police Investigation was lost (stalled) due to a close relationship between the Police and YG Agency (so a corruption situation).

Police Officer, Mr. A, further stated that -->

"HAN SEO HEE shed tears at the time of the third Police Investigation." ... He added --> "I was thinking about it, but when HAN SEO HEE contacted me, she had also reported it (information) to the public (Anti-Crime Commission). I was not aware of that (particular) content at all (HAN SEO HEE inferring corruption between Police and YG Agency in the B.I illegal drugs investigation situation) ... And I found out that HAN SEO HEE reported it (corruption viewpoints) only when it was time (for me) to be investigated for *Dereliction of Duty* (as Police Officer) in the future. I learned of HAN SEO HEE's dual attitude (deceptive activity ???) when I was under investigation (as a possible corrupt Police Officer)."

In the meantime, Police Officer, Mr. A, he said that the allegations of the Public Interest Reports (via HAN SEO HEE to the Anti-Crime Commission) that the B.I illegal drugs activity Police Investigation was lost (stalled) due to the (corrupt) collusion between the Police and YG Agency, are not true.

When asked by YANG HYUN SUK's Lawyer --> "Have you ever taken out (removed information) from the already written record (of Police Investigation of B.I), or been asked by YG Agency to NOT investigate Kim Han-bin (B.I) ???" ... Police Officer, Mr. A replied, "No." He added that he later took over (B.I) Kim Han-bin's drug-related case in the process of moving the team, but the (B.I) Kim Han-bin case was delayed due to an urgent schedule.

The Prosecution's interrogation of Police Officer, Mr. A continued.

The Prosecutor asked --> "According to the Police Investigation Report prepared in August 2016, the Prosecution said that HAN SEO HEE said, 'If YG doesn't tell us about Kim Han-bin (B.I), I will help you.' ... In addition, there is a content that HAN SEO HEE said 'SORRY' as she burst into tears (crying aloud)." ... The Prosecutor asked if that information was correct as objective fact, and Police Officer, Mr. A replied, "YES."

for March 21 (2022), next year, due to Court changes.

HAN SEO HEE (now a PRISON INMATE for 1.5 Years duration) is scheduled to COURT TESTIFY at that time.

After completing the examination of witnesses on both sides, the presiding JUDGE questioned that it was not understood (clear ???) that HAN SEO HEE sent messages such as "Oppa, I was investigated and released" to YG personnel (employees), after she was released from the first and second Police Investigations.

(JUDGE) He asked Police Officer, Mr. A --> "Judging from the fact that HAN SEO HEE sent the message, HAN SEO HEE might have contacted me to say, 'Did you do well?' ... While holding out (without talking about Kim Han-bin)."

Police Officer, Mr. A said --> "I've heard that she (HAN SEO HEE) sent such a message now, and I'm embarrassed. For us, we have all talked (about Kim Han-bin, B.I). I don't know why she (HAN SEO HEE) talked about Kim Han-bin (B.I) and sent such a message to YG's personnel management."

In the First Trial (event) held on the 5th of last month (November), a witness examination was conducted by the Prosecution, for Police Officer, Mr. A ... Regarding HAN SEO HEE's arrest at Yongin Dongbu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on charges of smoking marijuana on Aug. 22, 2016, Police Officer, Mr. A said --> "I saw her cell phone (contents) with consent when I arrested her (HAN SEO HEE), and I confirmed the circumstances in which (HSH) she traded illegal drugs with Kim Han-bin (B.I) through SNS (messaging)."

HAN SEO HEE verbally testified to Kim Han-bin's (B.I) drug charges at the time of the first and second Police Investigations. But after her release (by Police), she (then, third Police Investigation event) came with her LAWYER (with her) and said she was drug usage impaired (judgement) and (previously) told the wrong facts, according to the Police Report at the time.

Former CEO YANG HYUN SUK (YHS) denied the allegation that he failed to investigate B.I's illegal drugs purchase. Former CEO YANG was Police Investigated in Year 2019, after a Public Interest Report (via HAN SEO HEE) was filed with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. Stating that he (YHS) called in singer-turned-trainee HAN SEO HEE, who was a supply source (of illegal drugs to B.I), with the goal to cover up the alleged illegal drugs usage by B.I in Year 2016. And to appease her (HAN SEO HEE), intimidate her, and convince HAN SEO HEE to reverse her statements (to Police Investigators about B.I and illegal drugs activities). YANG HYUN SUK is now put on Trial in the current Court situation.

The Prosecution said --> "YANG HYUN SUK (YHS) was reported (told by YG Agency employees) that the Public Interest Reporter, HAN SEO HEE, had told Police Investigators about (B.I) Kim Han-bin's illegal drug facts (activities). And (YHS) called HAN SEO HEE to YG's Office (HQ Building), with the goal to have HSH to reverse (change) her statements (to Police Investigators, about B.I) ... (YHS) threatened the victim (HAN SEO HEE), who was an aspiring entertainer (at that time, Year 2016) ... By threatening her, and saying --> 'It is an easy matter of killing you' (in the entertainment industry, her HSH career prospects) ... With the (YHS) goal that (HAN SEO HEE) she would not make any statements regarding the Police criminal investigation (of B.I), and so reverse (negate) any indictment possiblity for B.I" ... He said in closing.

YANY HYUN SUK (YHS), via his Lawyer, said, "We deny all charges ... (YHS) met HAN SEO HEE, but there was no threat or coercion. That is why I am not guilty."

YANG HYUN SUK's next Court Trial event is scheduled

for March 21 (2022), next year, due to Court changes.

(So, a *3 Months Delay* until the next Court Trial event)

Meanwhile, HAN SEO HEE was indicted on charges (re-filed in June 2021) of taking illegal methamphetamine (LSD) in June last year (2020), during her Court Probation Period. HAN SEO HEE was determined guilty of that charge (illegal LSD usage in June 2020), and was sentenced to one year and six months (18 Months) in Prison last month, and immediately arrested in Court (November 17, 2021).

Added clarification --> So , (HSH) HAN SEO HEE is due to COURT TESTIFY in the YANG HYUN SUK Court Trial next event, beginning on March 21, 2022 ... And HSH will be doing that COURT TESTIMONY as a PRISONER INMATE serving a 1.5 YEARS duration Prison punishment ... HAN SEO HEE has also filed an APPEALS COURT action review request (automatically Court granted), with the goal to reduce her Prison duration punishment time ... Interestingly, the PROSECUTOR had asked for ONE YEAR (12 Months) in Prison for HAN SEO HEE ... The JUDGE chose a *longer* punishment Prison duration of 1.5 Years (18 Months) for her ... Difficult to know when that APPEALS COURT event for HAN SEO HEE might actually take place (April 2022 ???) <--
