Seems like it's YG's modus operandi regarding the Pinks since 2017. Make blinks wait and wait and wait until they are foaming at the mouth with anger on social media about delays and lack of communication. Then release a damage control PR message about how immanent said release is.

After some more time passes and anger reaches a boiling point, they finally release a teaser with a tentative date, which temporarily satiates blinks. Then as a final fuck u, one final delay just to troll blinks (which is where we are at now with RS1).

This method has proven very successful regarding Blackpink. Hell, it took 4 years to get a full album, and it has almost sold 1.5 million physical copies, destroying previous GG records. Why would they change what is working for them. Blinks ain't going anywhere and they know it.

It's either YG thinking it's a marketing strategy or they really dont know how to organized a comeback schedule for blackpink properly. Honestly I'm so tired of YG delayibg everything. Watch Lisa and Jisoo's solo be delayed like this as well.
