Is Obsession the most Underrated Comeback ever?

This era was truly for the ages.

EXO tackled new sound and showed a different side... Darker than ever...

It's been 2 years since this album came out... It's only getting better. It was different for me too. I didn't get latter half of the album for sometime...but it only got better with time. I conclude that it is a well made album and has high replay value.

The most impressive part of the whole era was this :-

It's like.... Indescribable. TL was in shambles when this dropped.

Obsession deserved better.....

'Obsession' is EXO's best album imo. Their concept was fully explored during this release. They also added some sounds into their discography with this comeback. 'Trouble', 'Baby You Are', 'Butterfly Effect' are some of their best songs.... like ever.

Understocking, late shipping issues plagued it early on during the release.

Lack of proper promotions, imo, too.

It definitely is. I think is the EXO album I play the most, everything about it is so satisfying. I know for many people the absence of D.O.'s vocals make the album a not so good one, but honestly, the album is perfect as it is.

Shows how much essential Kyungsoo's voice is but at the same time.... EXO managed it so well in his absence. Gave Kai and Suho a chance to shine vocally.

Exactly. I think both Obsession and DFTF showed how strong of a vocal group EXO is. The lack of members crucial to the vocal line did not affect the final result in each case.
