BP have the most fanboys simply because their fandom is much bigger so even if the % compared to fangirls is smaller the raw numbers are overall higher.

For bgs, proportion wise, Monsta X by far. According a survey from 2018 18% of the people that attended their concerts were male. 2pm are behind them, with a proportion of around 13% of male fans at concerts. Bigbang had around 9 to 11%, I can't remember. Almost every other bg besides these 3 have around 4% of male fans at concerts, or had when the survey was taken. I can't find the link now but it's somewhere out there. It was from a korean website.

The creator of We Bare Bears (male) is a fan of Monsta X and that's how they got a special episode on Cartoon Network. The CEO of Instagram (male) too. People underestimate their popularity among men, and their popularity overall. They have many fanboys.

For girl groups, Fromis9 dominate. People have to understand that specific fans =/= size of the fandom. When it comes to questions like these, it's about the proportion, ratio. Not numbers, because if it was obviously the most popular groups would have the largest amount of any demographic by default.
