Find an enclosed small space who has at least two bearing walls, usually corners of the house.

Prepare a bag, who has some canned goods, a flashlight, a power pack and some chocolates.

Not joking about the chocolates.

Then just ride it out.

I’m a bit late to this but

We get quite a few warnings where I live (luckily not so many tornadoes actually pop up) but at my workplace they have us hide in a room with no windows. Since you don’t have a basement you could try that.
