When the revamp happened all the bans got removed. This user shouldn't have been allowed back but they are.

I don't think troll threads are really that harmful unless they're posting disturbing shit. Just ban the alt and let the forum shame the user if their main gets exposed.

But I do agree with a complete ban on their main as well, if they keep spamming with their alt accounts.
