Tzuyu full on created a new kpop visual type.

When she debuted she received a ton of attention for her visuals. Partly because she was insanely pretty but also because even though she was the official visual she didn't fit the typical Kpop criteria. There weren't really any visuals that looked like her. But after she debuted suddenly Tzuyu look alikes started to pop up.

Tzuyu opened the door for both a new type of kpop visual and also foreign idols (only Big 3 female non-korean official visual).

If Tzuyu hadn't debuted first I would be willing to bet a lot that Sihyeon would right now be the visual of Everglow, not Yiren.

Actually the ones ppl say look like her never actually resemble her in any way. I guess she is an unconventional visual like ppl mentioned and nowadays we see more of that. I still don't see any similarity between tzuyu and minju.
