Taeyeon and IU need to go back to their snooze ballads please

I don't listen much to their songs but it shows that they can deliver any concept

Prefer songs like Celebrity and Blueming before boring ballads.

But with singles, I don't think ballads or mellow-sweet stuff like SM are a good idea.

After Bbibbi and Eight, SM while good, is still underwhelming.

It could have been better in an album.

Whereas something like Coin or Ah puh would make great singles.

Anyway subjective tastes, can't assume IU and team or Taeyeon/team aren't aware of considerations.

I completely agree, Ah puh and Coin act like singles on the charts.

Modern Times and Chatshire were IU's peaks musically. That being said ballads like Above the Time are highly welcomed

Strawberry moon is not special per say, but it has a spell on me that I have to listen to it again lol

The only title I didn't like from Taeyeon is Weekend, I liked other more upbeat songs like Spark and Why

But also their ballads are awesome , so I'm not against your title actually
