Oh but here's the twist it's nothing much really. It's just that my evaluation will weigh x10 more than those other evaluators that I invited because you know erm, it's my country and my company anyway so yeah this is what I decide it's fair yes? Glad you understand
Oh and also, I probably would have a higher chance to evaluate my own 33 trainees higher since erm I'm biased? So yeah out of these 99 people, I will only choose 9 people for the final job, and most likely because of the rules I set myself to make the chances of my own people stronger, it's most likely going to be the case where you have a 1/66 chance to get the job.
Oh and also, you don't know any of these when you sign up for the chance to get the job. You only know all these ONCE YOU SIGN UP.
