I just find it sad because I adored her. The way she spoke and shut down slutshamers, told her fans to educate themselves, held herself and others accountable. She used to offer so much more than just music. I think that's why Barbz are still riding so hard for her. It makes it all the more disappointing to me.
Exactly. That was the side of her I really liked. For her to come out with her recent takes is just very disappointing because it's all contradictory to what she stood for in the past. Now maybe she still pushes for feminism, equality, and everything that makes the world a better place, but the other things she directly condones overshadow all of that.
