Hiro said that even tho COVID hit the world he felt sorry that many people had to go trought bad things in this time as for example loosing their jobs, so he decided to still make everyone working as much as possible and even decided to hire a lot dancers for music videos to give everyone a chance to still be able to earn money. And even tho the company didn't earned that much anymore cause of COVID to be able to still pay everyone he decided to cut down his own earnings
