Can you go through a day without your glasses/lenses?

No. I rely so much on them now I'm getting older. I need them for reading and working on the computer. I just cannot see without them.

you should clarify that it's for people who do have to wear glasses and maybe include contact lenses as well

Depends on what you mean by “can”. My power is not too bad -1.75 I can still see without my glasses or contacts but like eye- my head will hurt so bad if I don’t wear my glasses and work or look at atv/any monitor.

Nah, without my glasses everything 40cm away becomes blurry. Also if I read without my glasses, my eyes need time to adjust so my reading becomes slow af
