If there is planet pass for every round... then why not give planet pass in final episode?

A planet pass to create a 12 member group instead? Maybe.

Though you'd have plenty of people complain that those members got "rigged" into the group then.

It would essentially be the masters getting to pick the members of the group. It'd be many times worse if they get to pick three of the 9 final members.

Could also do one planet pass for the final group. So the top 8 chosen by audience and 1 chosen by the masters. Could still put that 1 member in a really awkward situation with the fans though.

That'd just be expanding the voting to include more members. That'd be fine, but I wouldn't call it a planet pass at all.

I guess it would depend on how the voting for it was laid out to us.

Planet Guardians are already saving members by voting for them. A planet pass just seems different in my head.

It would only make sense if it was a completely separate vote among members that the masters had chosen. But, I dunno really.
