The way PS is normalized in SK and elementary schoolers get procedures for their birthday, I wouldn't be surprised if she got PS as a gift from her family or to better her chances at debuting. She clearly did have PS and that's not a bad thing or anything to be ashamed of and she's always been beautiful. The stigma around getting PS needs to be lifted and people need to stop being so obsessed with 'natural beauties'. Yoona had a whole face revamp before debut and her stans will fight to the death to claim she is all natural because she's the blueprint but there's pictures and videos to prove otherwise and I don't know why so many people treat it like that's shameful. I mean, I do know, but I think it's pointless.
