Whoever ended up dissatisfied with the results of their surgery. I'm not gonna name names but there was a really nice idol with an unfortunate rhinoplasty that turned out badly who visibly lost all their confidence after that and has been trying to recover it ever since (though their nose has settled and looks a lot better).

Nayeon's second nose job last year was really unnecessary, the one she debuted with was good enough, now it looks as thin and out of place as as SinB's one and it makes her look way older.
