You can't go wrong with veggies and I love heat, so great combo

Taiwan and Hong Kong have real deal and good fried rice too

Hardly any chili and heat is seen in French food, you are a rare French dude for loving heat.

I get 東北大拉皮 in the 1st pic is a fusion with central China, they put 揚州乾拌's noodle underneath liangpi~
