It's kinda me too when I go hiking on trials.
I used to think the best way to ward off heat was to have t-shirt and shorts, it just seems intuitive. As I became more experienced, I've learned that exposing your skin to sunlight actually makes it harder to cool down and that wearing breathable light cloth keeps your overall body temperature lower than tshirt and shorts because it blocks the sun's direct ray. -
