What are some fruit and cheese combo you would recommend?

Fried banana and melted cheese

Brie and apricot

Comté-grape

Goat cheese - blueberry/fig

fruit - whatever is in season and you can afford

what's the longest you've gone without eating cheese?

me and my friends did this a while ago but you empty out a strawberry and put cream cheese and then tea cookie crumbs on top so it tastes like a strawberry cheesecake!

No cheese for a week >>>>> bad cheese for a week

(even tho some cheddar are really good)

I tend to prefer soft-ripened cheeses like Camembert with dried berries or stone fruit, as well as almonds, and hopefully a nice wine of course.

in my opinion this are good combos:

Gorgonzola (or another blue cheese) and pear

Comté and nuts or almonds

Fresh goat cheese and apricot

Mascarpone is great with fruits too especially sour ones that cut its heaviness
