They already did. Ravvi has contacted them and apologized to them, he has made a public apology via his company and he has stated he'll remove the song from his album where possible.
As to whether the girls should be offended or not by the song and its lyrics, that's really fully up to the girls themselves.
It's not up to netizens and ifans to decide for the girls whether the girls should feel offended or not by it, that would be offensive on a different level (it'd be on the level of people 'mansplaining' stuff to girls/women, or deciding stuff for girls/women without consulting them).
