SM has definitely been having them take English lessons. I've noticed in their videos they use a lot of english phrases/words. The 3 non-English speakers have some of the best English pronunciation I've heard from idols. Having Giselle in the group I'm sure helps the girls speak English more as well.

All but Giselle (Giselle is fluent) show a thick accent sometimes due to lacking speech fluency. I think with time their fluency will improve because they are good at making complete sentences. I think it's just the accent.

Also, Karina went to an English academy, so that might be one of the reasons she is a little bit good.

Exactly! even though they show a thick accent sometimes, they sound great the other times. That's why I think they will improve their accents a lot with more practice/speaking in public.
