A gagwoman got into a controversy by the male community when she did a certain gesture with her hand. In Korea that gesture is used by extreme feminists to represent their denigration of Korean men having small genitalia. Arguably she was just trying to eat a small piece of chocolate and meant no disrespect to Korean men. And a government petition seems like too much. But are these men in their right to feel offended?
> like any other people, men also have a right to feel angry
> there’s been many racial stereotypes about Asian men, so their reaction isn’t coming out of nowhere
> even if those Korean men overreacted the response was to double down on racial stereotypes and shaming of men’s bodies
> Korean men are not white men so they can be considered minorities
