Yup, The Boyz don't sing live every single performance and I think this is fine, the choreo takes some effort too and I don't think it's necessarily to sing live every time.
(When it comes to RTK performances, no, they didn't sing live, they concentrated on choreo. They do sing live in Kingdom's performances - the backtrack is louder when the choreo is more demanding)
But they definitely are one of the best when it comes to singing live, when they do, it's great. I wish their company would emphasize their vocals more though, because thei vocal line is one of the strongest ones.
