OPEN MINDED ARMY NEEDED FOR A TEST PLS

before butter drops and distracts us all for a while, i wanted to do a little test (my theory is at the bottom of the post)

I’ve noticed as Pixy grow that an increasing number of their fans are armys. a lot of them weren’t even multi fans before pixy, ONLY armys.

so maybe you’d give one of their new songs a listen and tell me what you think?

here is the highlight medley, so you can get a bit of each song and decide which one is your taste, to try. they all have a different vibe.

MY THEORY: i think it’s because pixy has some same core elements as bts that makes us love them. the rap line is SO good, the members are creatively involved in the group, their performance and stage skills are leagues above their peers, their storyline/lore is brilliant and unique, and they all had a rough go of things leading to a debut at a small company

better in my personal opinion but that’s subjective

many people who stan gidle, purple kiss, everglow, dreamcatcher, etc. stan pixy. and their rap line puts them on par with gidle for best 4th gen gg rap line. so if you like gidle, i’d put my money on liking pixy!! especially if you liked gidle darker concepts and appreciate really good self-writing rappers

They have two things going for them. One, they're not a YG/SM group because I will never listen to groups under those companies and two, they aren't edgy gg stans thinking bashing BTS allows them to sit with the cool kids.
