it's one of those things where you make sure that there are actual consequences in the fictional world. Most people would love a happily ever after but the emotion drives so much harder without the "plot armor reassurance"

The drama starting with that Park Bo Young's character has only 100 days to live.

I would only accept the ending wither PBY have gone to treatment and have 1 year to live or die after 100 days.

I don't really like drama where they force FL and ML together because they want a happy ending.

By how the drama introduces, this drama should end with a sad ending.

Not every drama needs to be a happy ending to be good.
