Well Mandopop (C-Pop) and J-Pop have steadily trended their for years Utada, Hyde, and Ayumi among others tend release Italy exclusive versions many times in limited quantities that have different artwork and packaging than the worldwide releases. So K-Pop slowly making it's way over is not shocking and actually makes me quite happy. As I have childhood friends from my earlier youtube days who live there and cousins who live there too.
