Oh yeah. DNA is 2017 my bad. I am not sure what r the gaon rules for albums having same songs either. I remember that thread on hit albums and bwl was left behind for mots7 by Massive even tho it's part of it. Over here the op of the tweet has only taken songs part of one album.

But Persona and 7 both qualified for that list hence it was reasonable to not count BWL and other songs twice.

I guess in a way it can be considered as it is an album with 2 platinum gaon streaming certification but at the same it's a double count for FL. Because we'll say Tear also has a 100M certification. Depends on the criteria u consider.
