To be honest, it seemed to be that YGE never even said January:
If I'm parsing the actual direct quotes correctly, the only thing YGE said to reporters is that they're working in it.
My question is, what happened with respect to that music video they were reported to have shot in... Was it October?

Maybe, but why they never announced the date when they release album. It is always hide and seek with blackpink for other groups releases it is before 2 or 3 months. I never understood what kind of PR YG want to play with this.
