Yeah but thats a totally different kettle of fish. She could have felt fine wearing it and posting, especially since she was surrounded by her members and the models were wearing less. She is used to stage outfits and likely saw the outfit as much the same but that doesn't mean she would have predicted or even expected the response she got and how badly people only focused on her boobs and her chest going viral.

We've long known she wants to prove herself as more than just a pretty face with no talent who only made it into twice because of her face. She sang live (and wasn't amazing) yet the only focus were her boobs, people defended her vocals saying they don't matter because she was invited was her face and boobs and Sana and Jeongyeon (who people wanted instead) wouldn't have had the response because of her boobs... and this is after she worked so hard on herself, got vastly better at singing and dancing, even debuting solo. I don't blame her if she wanted to cover up a bit.

You can tell by their hair that these photos were taken around the same time as the VS show. Possibly right after or even before it. So I don't think she was ruminating on the reasons why she went viral, since it probably hadn't happened yet. I also doubt VS would've dressed her like this had they possessed such foresight. They're only concerned with selling product after all. Likewise, the entire scale of this collab probably would've been much bigger, although this may not be everything they have planned.
