if I feel like the song is complete, then it's fine
sample length songs that feels like the producers only did a copy paste job from it's original demo will make me feel like the producers are being lazy at their job.

I’m so used to it now, a 3 minute song feels like sitting through The Lord of the Rings extended edition.
My SOTY isn’t even 2 minutes, but still feels complete because you get melodic progression towards the end (with the way lines like “until the sun comes up” are delivered)
