Hanhee - So Blue/902+1

Nice, we indeed need to hit the hype button. I like both songs, but 902+1 is the one. I wish it was a bit longer but I understand this is the norm these days.

I’m looking into her a bit more, so she was almost an idol for a nugu group but instead went solo indie and “redebuted” this year - her music is so good. She just needs exposure and she’ll build up quite the fanbase I think.

Most likely better path to attempt solo career rather than being stuck in Nugudom. I think the key for soloist to get some type of visibility. It's why some of the acts in the hyerpop thread is slowly gaining a decent following. Hopefully she gets some luck because I like what she's released so far.

DNB isn't really my fave genre, but this soft version is not bad, but it's too similar to the cutesy Kpop songs we hear nowadays. Thankfully, she's not mainstream, so nobody will say she's copying NJ. She has a nice voice, so I hope this isn't the only genre she's gonna do.

Songs like these are too flat for me. This is why I don't like DnB not much change in the song. The same beat for 3 minutes. I mean, 2.😂

Tbh, not sure what other genre could be a good fit for her. RnB maybe, but her voice is not charismatic enough for that. DnB suit her, but this genre can become boring pretty fast.

I think this is def the lane she should aim for but she seems versatile imo. I think her spotify stats is improving so maybe we can get an EP. I think key for her is to get versatility. I wonder if she knows some from that hyperpop crew because it seems they could help with visibility but her music is a bit different than theirs
