Also, not long ago, they said they're planning RBW 2.0 and basically want to remove those labels and do less promoting.
Like, how can they even do less promoting? It's like a dead person saying they want to be more dead.😂
YPS MV was dope, but it's really not a high budget MV, it was more about quality directing and cinematography.

I think at one point they've had that aura that they want to release like most songs from all K-POP Labels, and they thought that it made sense, and will make most money. And here we are.
I think they have a lot to say, remember that in many countries now shares are split differently like it was in the past. In the past you had music label, and one side got 60% of shares, and other 40%. But those K-POP labels have grown so nowadays there is possibility that having 39% of shares makes RBW majority shareholder, because multiple other people can have like 15-20% of shares.
I'm pretty sure that there was that nonsense even written somewhere on paper that WM couldn't debut GG right after it was acquired by RBW. Also at one point RBW CEO Kim Jinwoo became DSP CEO right after acquisition. Not sure how it is now but overall that's not the point. Personally I think that they've should just buy one either WM or DSP. Of course we don't know whole story, maybe they were in a point where they should pay 5M USD taxes, and they thought: "Ok damn let's buy this agency shares for 4M so instead of losing that 5M we will at least own new building and some groups"

I'm sure RBW don't care much about what concepts those agencies do or how much money they spend, because RBW won't lose money, it's not theirs, they only have shares. I think RBW only involved when these agencies planing to do something big in the company, like removing a CEO or other employees or something like that.
When they bought shares of these agencies, their groups were much more popular in SK, so I'm sure that was the reason, but neither of these agencies do a good job PR wise, and that's why they lost so much money and now RBW want to move on.

Their music is still quality, but the fact that they never Chart in SK and only sold like 300K albums compared to Mamamoo's 1.2M says everything about RBW's lack of promoting.
They're a talented, self-produced team, even if they're not as strong as Mamamoo, they're much better than most groups. I don't even understand what RBW never paid attention to them. They still don't have an official light stick either.
I'm not sure if there's another group that doesn't have a light stick after 4 years.
