Kpop fans love to "boycott" idols for the smallest thing like drinking a starbuck, eating at mcdo and making 3-4 threads about it in the hope of finally cancelling an idol
But when an idol is openly showing support to palestine, and is doing something to help them there and work with an association to helm palestinian people i see absolutely no kpop fans talking about it
And you are trying to make me believe that kpop fans aren’t just doing some kind of performative politics
For people who don't understand french lisa recently organized a closet sale and all the proceeds were given to "goodneighbors" an association who help palestinian in gaza by giving them health kits, provide psychological support, and help them build shelters...
and don't people come at me with the " yes but her boyfriend..."
she's a woman and yes she's in a supposedly relationship with a problematic man but the opinion of her boyfriend aren't necessarily her opinion
and people really need to stop acting like because she's in a relationship, she's not a full fledged individual who can't think by herself
