losing ever more casual streamers thanks to their annoying fandom.

I think we might see more of Min Heejin actually. Korean court implicates on the grounds of action not intent and if Min Heejin is able to prove that the corporate espionage charges are only intention and that she didn't actually do anything she might just get off with a slap on the wrist. The burden of proof is on Hybe here because they are the ones who filed the charges.

NewJeans' contract lawsuit is a bit difficult though. I do not believe they have a case unless they show proof of mistreatment. Paranoia and suspicion based on pre-existing factors need to be turned into tangible proof.

But I do think we haven't seen the last of them. At least not the last of Min Heejin.
