How much % of the song should you write in order to be credited as a songwriter?

I have just checked the Wikipedia page for Be and it seems all writting credits are in alphabetical order. That said, the order I gave is not just for writting but for the overall contribution to the song. Pdogg is first because he is the main producer. I do not think it is possible to know the order of importance specifically in terms of writting contribution.

the order of Spotify is different from both (the order of Wikipedia and that of KBS)
the order of Wikipedia is in alphabetical order, that of KBS puts pdogg first because he is the main producer, that of Spotify seems to be the most coherent when it comes to composition

Honestly the Spotify order for composers does not seem coherent at all for me. Jungkook appearing before Suga for Telepathy (which was said to be a song composed by Suga) and Jin appearing before Jungkook for Stay does not seem coherent at all.
