Well, I have to applaud him. I hope people can rebuild their life. I can't phatom how devastating it is to lose your home.

Your home, your memories, all your valuable documents and possibly your pets if evacuation was split second to save your own life. Hopefully these people are getting the support they need to start putting their lives back in order and at least have temporary shelter
