i was about to mention that he should do that but then i remembered reading once something about how artists can't release music/content and profit off it while serving in the army. i remember Kyuhyun participated in a couple SJ songs that were released while he was in the army and Bigbang released a whole song while in hiatius because if enlistment but they both clarified those songs were recorded before they enlisted.

i guess Baekhyun can record a bunch of songs and have SM release them while he is serving but that it would be kinda weird to keep releasing songs without MVs or promotions or the man being present to sing them himself and i don't know the viability of releasing a whole album while he is away. unless it is a different kind of content like pre-filmed shows or something but i don't know the legal repercussions of that.
