The court stated, “The defendant has caused damages, including a decrease in the number of followers on ILLIT’s official SNS, a decrease in album sales, and a breach of advertising contracts with KT and Pocari Sweat. However, since the conclusion is unclear, the amount of passive compensation and alimony must be determined at the next trial.”
